The Arbitration Court of the Voronezh Region has decided to introduce a procedure for monitoring the oil company "Modul" LLC on a claim from a former player of the Russian national football team Alexander Kerzhakov. Sergey Fedoseev has been appointed interim manager. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for May 12th, 2025.
It is reported that in September of this year, the athlete appealed to the court. He demanded 383.2 million rubles from the company. Alexander Kerzhakov stated that the organization had not fulfilled its monetary obligations.

Modul LLC was engaged in the management of the project for the construction of an oil refining company in the territory of the Paninsky district of the Voronezh region.
