Voronezh oil company Modul LLC came under surveillance because of Alexander Kerzhakov's lawsuit
November 25th. /MEDIA TALK/.The ex-football player of the Russian national team demanded more than 383 million rubles from the company.

The Arbitration Court of the Voronezh Region has decided to introduce a procedure for monitoring the oil company "Modul" LLC on a claim from a former player of the Russian national football team Alexander Kerzhakov. Sergey Fedoseev has been appointed interim manager. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for May 12th, 2025.

It is reported that in September of this year, the athlete appealed to the court. He demanded 383.2 million rubles from the company. Alexander Kerzhakov stated that the organization had not fulfilled its monetary obligations.

Modul LLC was engaged in the management of the project for the construction of an oil refining company in the territory of the Paninsky district of the Voronezh region. In 2011-2012, the football player transferred more than 300 million rubles to the founder of the organization, Mikhail Surin, for the construction of the facility. In 2016, the businessman was found guilty of especially large-scale embezzlement of funds, Kommersant reports.
