Coleman Group: 90% of Russian employers have revised employee salaries
November 2nd. /MEDIA TALK/. On Saturday, November 2, it became known that 90% of Russian employers have revised the salaries of their employees this year. At the same time, only 9% of employees are satisfied with the increase, RBC reported, citing data from the Coleman Group.

Analysts explained that 42% of employers will index employee salaries by the end of this year. In 36% of organizations, the actions of competitors were cited as the reason, and another 24% of companies intend to retain employees in this way. The companies also noted that they have to raise salaries due to the growth of salary offers in the labor market and high inflation.

Only 6.7% of Russian employers postponed indexation. Some of them cited a double increase in remuneration in 2023 as the reason, some do not have enough budget for this.

Recall that on the eve it was reported that large business in the Russian Federation will pay annual bonuses to employees by the end of this year. Thus, the five-stage taxation system, which comes into force on January 1, 2025, will not apply to bonuses.
