As explained in the credit institution, for the user, debit and replenishment of the account is carried out through an interface familiar to him, although the transaction itself takes place on the digital currency platform of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

The widespread use of the digital ruble, according to the plans of the Central Bank, should begin in the summer of 2025. By this time, the largest banks will have to provide the necessary infrastructure for customers and comply with the relevant regulatory requirements.
