The manufacturer revealed the falsification of its own products placed on an online showcase by five sole proprietors from Mordovia, Dagestan and Kazakhstan. Most of the products are Eared Nyan laundry gel in a 5-liter container. According to RBC journalists, Nevsky Cosmetics sent Wildberries requests to remove the counterfeit, however, it did not receive a response for almost six months.

After filing a lawsuit, the suspicious products were excluded from the site's catalog. The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region ruled to reimburse the trading platform for the amount of 2 million rubles, as well as to cover legal costs.
Wildberries has filed an appeal, and a court hearing is scheduled for February 26, 2025.
