Analysts of the real estate website called the reason for the policy of the city authorities, who no longer coordinate such projects due to the fact that it is impossible to register in the apartments. In addition, such facilities are not provided with social infrastructure.
The company added that the share of apartment transactions in the Moscow market of new buildings was fixed at 6%. At the same time, the supply indicator has hardly changed over the past few years, amounting to 10-13%, and only this autumn it decreased to 9%.

This year will be a record year for the number of apartment buildings commissioned in the capital, but the result will be determined by projects launched in 2021-2022. In 2025, the pace of commissioning will decrease sharply, and later it will stop completely.
Recall that in mid-August it was reported that residents of Moscow began to buy one-room premises in business class houses. So, out of 12.6 thousand transactions in January-June, 35% were for apartments and apartments with an area of 30-50 square meters.
