It is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses in the field of machine tools and robotics, and the program is scheduled to begin in March. In the middle of this year, the Ministry of Economic Development plans to launch another line of subsidies for participants in Special economic zones and companies from 17 single-industry towns with the most difficult conditions for entrepreneurship. The SME bank will act as the operator of this program.

By the end of the first quarter, a new stage of the program is planned to stimulate lending to small and medium-sized businesses from the Central Bank and the SME Corporation with financial support for investment projects in certain areas. Financing at an interest rate lower than the base rate will be used for investment projects in such areas as tourism, industry, transport services, information technology and scientific and technical developments. Additional limits on concessional financing of high-tech enterprises are expected to be allocated in 2025.
