According to Vedomosti, sellers will now pay for courier services to transport products to the pick-up point or to the customer's home if the latter refuses to purchase or does not pick up the order. The lower the percentage of goods repurchased from the seller, the higher the cost of courier services.

Previously, these costs were borne by the site itself, and the seller paid for delivery only if the sale was successful. These conditions will take effect on March 5, 2025. The cost of delivery will be calculated by Ozon partners.
If the customer refuses the purchase before it has been delivered, the transportation fee will not be charged.
