ROSSETI is ready to coordinate the work of mining centers in Russia

The largest network operator proposes to organize the location of mining centers by region, based on the availability of unoccupied electric power resources and to act as a coordinator of this work. ROSSETI is interested in developing cryptocurrency mining centers, as this will help efficient use of available resources, increase the burden on energy facilities, have a positive impact on the group's revenues, and stimulate economic development and tax revenue growth, the company noted. ROSSETI also proposes to introduce a special tariff for idle and idle power supply centers. The company's proposal has been submitted to the Ministry of Energy for further study, TASS reports.
