The relevant decision was announced during a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on labor market restoration in the Government of the Russian Federation. Applications for targeted training will be formed by the companies themselves and then published on the portal "Work of Russia", after which educational institutions will post on the portal data on requests for targeted training and enrollment in the training course.
Customer companies will have the opportunity to study applications in order to get an idea of the candidate in advance, which includes the presence of medical restrictions, and will also be able to approve applicants for signing a targeted training agreement.
As part of the targeted recruitment, preferences are provided for people who have been trained in specialized classes or who have participated in career guidance events organized by the customer.
