The Central Bank will create a ranking of banks based on customer complaints
November 22nd. /MEDIA TALK/. Speaking at the second conference of the Bank of Russia "Focus on the customer", which took place today, November 22, in Moscow, the head of the Central Bank announced the creation of a new ranking of banks by the number of substantiated complaints.

"Next year we will publish a list of banks who had the most justified complaints and who had the least. So that the consumer can navigate who is customer-oriented in the market and who is not," said the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina. The measures taken by the regulator in relation to such organizations will also be published on the website.

At the same time, the head of the Central Bank noted a significant drop in the total number of substantiated complaints against banks. For example, the practice of imposing services, misselling, has decreased by 40%.
