The competition in this niche, according to the research, is extremely high: for every open position there are 49 possible applicants. Experts are most in demand in educational institutions (28% of all such positions), medical organizations (24%), information technology (6%), non-profit organizations (5%), as well as in the oil, gas and banking sectors (4% each).

The largest number of vacancies for psychology specialists were opened in Moscow (28% of all offers in the country), St. Petersburg (12%), Moscow region (6%), Krasnodar Territory (5%) and Tatarstan (4%). It should be noted that the Northern capital showed the greatest dynamics of demand, where in 5 years the demand for specialists increased 12 times, twice as much as the national average.
