If there are no funds in the budget for the implementation of this idea, the parliamentarian proposed to consider the annual indexation of payments, which are currently given to teachers in small towns. It is 1.2 thousand rubles.
Describing the initiative, Lantratova stressed that more and more teachers are leaving villages and moving to big cities. She attributed the trend to the low financial security of teachers.
