
The children's clinic in the village of Zalari can receive up to 100 visitors per shift. It is located in the center of the village and consists of 3 floors. An emergency room, specialist rooms, physiotherapy, vaccination and diagnostic rooms were placed on 2,600 square meters.
A four-storey polyclinic for 200 visitors per shift was built in Kachuga. The building has separate entrances for adults and children. The medical facility has a filter box for isolating patients, offices for pediatricians, infectious diseases specialists, neurologists, a surgical department and a clinical diagnostic laboratory.

According to the regional authorities, in 2025, the construction of medical institutions will continue within the framework of the updated national project "Long and active life". The contractors intend to commission three medical facilities: polyclinic No. 15 for 499 patients and children's polyclinic No. 10 for 500 patients in the capital of the Angara region and a district hospital with a polyclinic for 100 patients and a hospital in the village of Tangui.
In addition, the authorities planned to build a children's polyclinic in Khomutovo for 350 visitors, an adult polyclinic in the Markov work settlement for 350 people and a children's polyclinic in Ust-Ordynsky for 150 visitors per shift, the Government of the Angara region said.
The Industrial Development Fund has approved a 50 million loan for the construction of a flour mill in the Angara region.
