Two new primary vascular departments with telemedicine will start operating in Kuban in 2024. Specialized medical institutions will be opened in Gelendzhik and Sochi. In 2023, one such branch was opened in the Absheron district.

In total, there are 12 vascular centers and 6 primary vascular departments in Kuban. They were equipped with modern equipment within the framework of the regional program "Fight against cardiovascular diseases".
Measures to combat such diseases have helped to reduce circulatory system diseases by 40% and hospital deaths in myocardial infarction in the Krasnodar Territory by 20%, Interfax reports.
