According to the head of the city, people are the most important thing in any enterprise. Therefore, it is very important in what conditions they work and how their hard work is paid. In this regard, Sergey Petrin said that next year they plan to increase the salaries of employees. With the support of Governor Alexander Gusev, the possibility of allocating additional funds in the amount of 300 million rubles for these purposes is being considered.

"We are currently discussing how to do this more correctly and effectively in terms of the ratio of the salary part and various allowances. It is important that working conditions improve and motivation is maintained. We will also review the payment for processing, going out on non–working days - during the New Year holidays and the snowfall period, landscaping plants have a particularly difficult time. Their work should be deservedly appreciated," the mayor shared.

He also noted that the issue of providing office housing to employees of public utilities remains equally important. Sergey Petrin said that by 2025 it is planned to allocate more than three dozen apartments for tractor drivers and drivers of landscaping plants. At the moment, thirty families are already living in office housing. Over the past two years, ten apartments have been handed over to employees of public utilities.

During the meeting, the Mayor of Voronezh discussed with the workers such an important issue as safety during cleaning. Now, according to drivers, it happens that special equipment does not have time to pass the intersection at the green signal of the traffic light. Therefore, in order not to slow down the pace of cleaning and not create congestion on the road, the State Traffic Inspectorate needs help: it is necessary that the column does not break in such situations. Sergey Petrin promised to discuss the issue with representatives of the traffic police.

As for the fleet, the mayor noted that all equipment is ready for the winter period, cars have been re–equipped, places for storing sand and salt mixture and reagents have been identified. He drew the attention of specialists to the fact that it is necessary to work carefully next to shrubs and trees so as not to damage green spaces and preserve lawns. This year, special small-sized machines have just been purchased for such work.
In conclusion, the Head of Voronezh said that he had received an offer to decorate the equipment with New Year's decor. "Let's try to implement this idea," he wrote.
