The construction company will conduct pre-design surveys, develop documentation and obtain a construction permit in the period up to the second quarter of 2025. Work on the facility will begin in the third quarter of 2025 and will be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
Residents of Akademgorodok do not agree with the construction of a stadium in this place. In their opinion, the transport infrastructure will not be able to withstand the flow of cars to the new facility. Rare bird species also nest at the site of the future construction site.
