There are plans to build a resort near Chelyabinsk. A new tourist cluster will appear on the shore of Lake Rocky on the territory of the "City of L-Town". Construction will begin in 2025 and will be completed in 2029.
The new resort will help to increase the tourist attractiveness of the Chelyabinsk region. It will be year-round. The road from Chelyabinsk will take only a few minutes. 3.5 billion rubles will be invested in the project. The initiators of the creation of the resort were the developers "L-Town Development" and "Golos Group".

The project is a large 180-room apartment hotel with cafes, restaurants, SPA, sauna and thermal complexes. The territory is equipped with two beaches with water activities, barbecue areas and cabins for summer holidays. In winter, it will be possible to ride tubing and ski trails here, the Government of the Chelyabinsk region said.
