The authorities of the Novosibirsk Region have decided to reconstruct the Zapsibzolota management building. It is recognized as an architectural monument and is located in the center of Novosibirsk.
The contract for the work was signed between GKU "Economic Management" and Sibirrestavratsiya LLC. 57.3 million rubles were allocated for reconstruction.

The contractor will have to not only repair, but also modernize the premises and engineering networks. It is necessary to replace the partitions, fill the internal wooden openings, lay new water supply networks and decorate the premises. The work should be completed by April 1, 2025, Interfax reports.
