More than 13 billion rubles are planned to be invested in the construction of two embankments in Nizhny Novgorod.

February 17th. /MEDIA TALK/. The government of the Nizhny Novgorod region has included the construction of two embankments in the capital of the region in the list of facilities to be built under the concession. Investments will amount to 13.4 billion rubles.

The embankment on the left bank of the Oka River from Kanavinsky Bridge to the yacht club will cost 8.45 billion rubles. It is planned to be built by 2028, if the contract is signed this year. Its length is 3600 meters.

According to Kommersant, the auction for this lot was held in 2024. The construction of the embankment is planned to be carried out by the Project-4 company. It belongs to the regional Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.

The second object is the formation of a modern space on the right bank of the Rowing Canal. Investments in the project are estimated at 4.98 billion rubles. Construction work will last from 2025 to 2028.
