
At the moment, the ecotechnopark is actively being built. Concreting of the scientific and technical center building has been completed, transformer substations and a fire extinguishing pumping station have been installed, a modular boiler room has been installed, gas supply networks have been installed, and foundations for all auxiliary structures have been filled in. Builders are laying the municipal and engineering infrastructure.

According to the governor of the region, Vladimir Vladimirovich, work on the site has reached the final stage. It will become one of the first ecotechnoparks in the country. The launch of the project will make it possible to recycle solid waste from Stavropol and other regions of the North Caucasus Federal District.
The head of the region expressed hope for the completion of construction in August 2025. Vladimir Vladimirov also asked to increase the pace of work at the facility and synchronize all stages of the process with the Russian Environmental Operator and future residents of the site.
An ecotechnopark is being built in Nevinnomyssk starting in 2022. About one billion rubles have been invested in the project from the state treasury. The capacity of the site will be 190,000 tons of waste per year, the Government of the Stavropol Territory reported.
