Over a hundred people took part in the competition. In addition to athletes from Ruzaevka, representatives of Saransk, Kochkurov, Penza and Zarechny participated in them. Before the start of the game, each participant was given a card on which checkpoints were marked. A special electronic chip was used to register their detection. The competition for leadership in the groups was intense, and the most worthy ones took over.

Anastasia Kandakharova from school No. 7 took the first place among Ruzaev athletes.

These competitions have been held since 2019 and are dedicated to the memory of Viktor Korolev, a methodologist for tourism at the Ruzaev House of Pioneers and Schoolchildren. He had extensive knowledge in the theory and practice of tourism, conducted seminars and practical classes, helped teachers by creating traditions and increasing the number of tourist clubs and equipment. The Ruzaev teams won prizes at the republican tours. Currently, Alexander Kotlov, a teacher of the basics of life safety at secondary school No. 5, has taken up the baton from Korolev. He also runs a travel club and actively prepares children to participate in competitions.
