To date, in Mordovia, cereals and legumes have been harvested from an area of 347 thousand hectares, which is 75% of the total volume.

Kovylkinsky district became the leader in the amount of ground grain, which exceeded the mark of 100 thousand tons. The second place is occupied by the Atyashevsky district with a result of 86 thousand tons, and the third position is occupied by the Ruzaevsky district, which collected 60 thousand tons.
The highest grain yield is observed in the Lyambirsky district, where it reaches 36 quintals per hectare. Ruzaevsky, Atyashevsky and Ardatov districts are also among the leaders in this indicator.
All regions of the republic have already started sowing winter crops for the 2025 harvest. At the moment, 49 thousand hectares have been sown, while the overall plan is 167 thousand hectares. The harvesting campaign continues.
