The tourism sector is actively developing here, residential buildings are being built and social infrastructure facilities are being renovated. Work is also underway to improve living conditions in rural areas. Special attention is paid to the development of the agricultural sector.
In addition, last year, the work of the relevant department headed by Adel Galiullin was successfully carried out in the district. As part of the implementation of the national project "Ecology" in the city of Temnikov, work was carried out on the reclamation of landfills of solid household waste. In the process, over 25,000 cubic meters of garbage were disposed of. A barrier has been created on the landfill site to prevent harmful substances from entering the environment, and special materials have been laid to prevent filtration. At the end of the landscaping work, the planting of green spaces was carried out. A grass cover was sown on the imported soil, after which regular watering will be carried out for several years. The work was carried out ahead of schedule, which significantly improved the environmental situation for 6.5 thousand residents of the area.
It should be emphasized that starting in 2025, the national project "Environmental well-being" will be implemented in the Russian Federation, which has become the successor to "Ecology". Within its framework, work will continue on the elimination of landfills and the creation of infrastructure for waste sorting and recycling.
By the way, in Mordovia, the reforestation program was completed by 108%.
