Such a system of assistance to the population has been operating in the region since 2020 as part of the national project "Demography". At that time, 271 million rubles were allocated from the state budget for the implementation of the program. The amount of support is growing every year. In 2024, Tyva received 586 million rubles. Since 2020, we have managed to reach 18,500 residents of the region with support.

The most sought-after measure turned out to be assistance with employment through a social contract. Over 6500 residents have used this format for 5 years. Also, during this period, 4,481 people signed a social contract to open their own business. Another 3,025 residents of the region were helped to create a personal subsidiary farm. Previously, 250,000 rubles were allocated for these purposes, now the amount of assistance has increased to 350,000 rubles, the Tuva-Online portal reports.
