There is an important social infrastructure and places for sports nearby. There are also playgrounds and sports grounds for children, a nursery, a school and a football stadium nearby.
This year, more than 350 orphaned children in the region will receive their own housing. In 2025, it is planned to purchase about the same amount of housing. About 1.3 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes, the press service of the Government of the Lipetsk region reports.
