February 11th. /MEDIA TALK/. A businesswoman from Samara started her business with a small bakery. And at the moment, the Puff chain is a full-cycle production facility, which is represented by pastry shops of the same name in different areas of the metropolis.

The confectionery chain was developed thanks to government support. The entrepreneur applied for a loan from the Guarantee Fund of the Samara region. This made it possible to combine production on a single area of 1,000 square meters. In 2025, the business may expand beyond the region.

By the decision of the head of the Samara region, the Guarantee Fund was capitalized by 240 million rubles. This will enable small and medium-sized businesses to receive preferential financing. Loans are not linked to the Central Bank's key rate. They also do not require a guarantee.

Last year, the regional Guarantee fund helped businesses attract more than 2.3 billion rubles for project development. Loans of up to 5 million rubles are available to enterprises at a rate from 1% to 12% for 3 years, the press service of the Government of the Samara region told.
