According to the official website of the ministry, in January 2025, specialists monitored the shipment of 235 tons of frozen legs of broiler chickens produced at the RM poultry farm to China. According to experts, the trend towards increasing exports of chicken legs from Mordovia is due, among other things, to the excellent quality of the products. Quality studies are carried out in the laboratories of the Rosselkhoznadzor regional office.

In addition to chicken legs, a shipment of 20 tons of chicken offal was also sent to China in January, 13 tons of animal feed to Azerbaijan, 42 shipments of dried beet pulp in granules with molasses in the amount of 2.8 thousand tons to Germany and 111 shipments in the amount of 7.6 thousand tons to the UK and Northern Ireland.
