The Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Sports School of the Olympic Reserve is actively preparing for the IV Russian-Chinese Youth Winter Games. In particular, the springboard complex "Height" is being improved for the event.
The work is carried out by the company Sakhalindorstroy-L LLC. The contractor equips the access road to the sports complex, installs curbs, storm sewers, greens the territory and asphalts the space. The company also installs a screen to track the performances of the participants of the competition.

The games will be held from January 8 to January 14, 2025. Athletes will compete in such areas as skiing, speed skating, snowboarding, freestyle skiing, curling, alpine skiing, figure skating, ski jumping and cross-country skiing.
The events will be held at several venues. Among them are the Gorny Vozdukh sports complex, the Triumph ski and biathlon complex, the Vysota ski jumping complex, the Kristall Sports Palace and the Vostok Training Center, the Sakhalin Ministry of Sports reported.
