The Budget Construction Monitoring system is designed to monitor the timing and quality of construction of social facilities in the Moscow region. It collects complete information about construction sites, including location, roadmap, time-specific work reports, and photo and video reports.
The system also allows contractors and the Ministry of Construction to exchange documents and schedule construction and installation work, the press service of the Ministry of Public Administration of the Moscow Region said.
